(✔) WORK: I didn’t write anything on my dissertation, but I finished the first set of volume calculations, and had a good meeting with one of my committee members.
(✘) HOME: I neither did laundry nor cleaned my bedroom.
(✔) HEALTH: I ate more fruit and vegetables, walked over 25 km, and started a 30 day challenge (but didn’t quite stick to it).
(✔) FUN: I didn’t go to knitting club, but I did go to the library, read a book, and did something fun (pizza-movie night at home, and went to the movies with friends).


Work | Stay focused and productive.
Write one paragraph on my dissertation, finish the last set of volume calculations, hold a presentation, and start preparing my conference presentation.

Home | Get organized.
Do laundry, clean my bedroom, and pick out new fabric for curtains.

Health | Get back into healthy routines.
Make a meal plan, and eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink at least a bottle of water each day. Walk 20 km and continue with the 30 day challenge.

Fun | Relax and enjoy life.
Go to knitting club, make progress on my crochet project, and finish two books.
