UPDATE ON LAST WEEK’S WISHES:

(✔) WORK: I met with my advisor, finished the rest of the maps, sent a report to my co-authors, but didn’t write anything on my dissertation.
(✘) HOME: I didn’t do laundry and my closet is still a mess.
(✘) HEALTH: I only walked 15 km, didn’t drink a lot of water and didn’t log all my meals.
(✔) FUN: I read a book, celebrated with my friend, crochet, but didn’t try a new recipe.

NEXT WEEK’S WISHES:

Work | Stay focused and productive.
Write one paragraph on my dissertation, digitize maps, and prepare a presentation.

Home | Get organized.
Continue organizing the closet and my bedroom. And do laundry.

Health | Get back into healthy routines.
Walk 20 km, drink at least one glass of water each day, and log all meals.

Fun | Relax and enjoy life.
Read a book, crochet, start looking for things for my Halloween costume.
