HEALTHY HABITS
This week I definitely did not do a good job developing my healthy habits. I did go for a few walks and to one yoga class, but I did a terrible job logging my food and drinking water. I’m usually good at logging breakfast but then I forget to log everything I eat during the day. Next week, I definitely need to work on logging everything.

I’ve been doing the 30 day fitness challenge and so far I’m loving it. I definitely recommend trying one of them.

NON-SCALE VICTORIES
I have two small non-scale victories this week. I haven’t had any diet coke (14 days now!) and I’m no longer craving it every minute of the day. The other one is that I’ve signed up to do a 5K with some of my friends. I’m a terrible runner (I don’t like running, I’ve never liked running) but I’ve decided to give it a try. It’s not until November so I have some time to get ready.
