Last week I read the contemporary romance Becoming His by Mariah Dietz (★★★★). It wasn’t the most unique plot, but I liked it and I will definitely read the sequel.

I also read the two classics Juloriatoriet (The Christmas Oratorio) by Göran Tunström (★★) and Great Expectations by Charles Dickens (★★). Both were very slow going.

This week I’m reading Endangered Species by Nevada Barr, the fifth book about park ranger Anna Pigeon.

I’m also listening to Grimm’s Fairy Tales by The Brothers Grimm, and Bare Bones by Kathy Reichs, the sixth book about forensic anthropologist Temperance Brennan.
